Yes. We are based at 546 York Road in Bensenville, IL, roughly 20 minutes from O’Hare and a straight run to McCormick Place, Navy Pier, and the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont. Being local means we can deliver, install, and troubleshoot on-site rather than shipping a crate across the country and hoping it arrives intact.

As a rule of thumb, buy if you exhibit at the same booth size several times a year, and rent if the show is a one-off, an unusually large footprint, or a format you are testing before committing. If two years of rental cost exceeds the purchase price of an equivalent display, buying is generally the better call — assuming you have somewhere to store it between shows.

Portable displays such as retractable banner stands typically run from about $175 to $800. A complete 10x10 backwall — pop-up or tension fabric — generally lands between $1,500 and $5,000 depending on frame quality, graphics, and lighting. Custom fabricated island exhibits are quoted per project. We publish pricing directly on our product pages wherever it is fixed.

Standard portable displays with printed graphics generally ship in one to two weeks from artwork approval. Custom modular and fabricated exhibits require longer depending on scope. If you are working against a fixed show date, tell us the date first — it determines what is realistically achievable.
