SHOW PREPARATION Silver
PDI will assist your designated company contact in preparing upcoming trade show forms (e.g., contractor approval forms, electrical requirements, case weights).
SHOW PREPARATION Gold
PDI will prepare the required tradeshow forms and coordinate with the trade show services contacts and general contractors.
SHIPPING Silver
PDI will recommend shipping carriers and arrange for direct billing to your designated account to minimize costs.
SHIPPING Gold
PDI will negotiate and contract with approved carriers. Option 1: Invoice comes to PDI for review than forwarded to client for payment.Option 2: PDI will review and pay carrier.
INSTALL & DISMANTLE Silver
PDI will recommend preferred Install & Dismantle (I&D) Service partners for each venue. We will provide set-up drawings to your I&D Service partners for their use at the show.
INSTALL & DISMANTLE Gold
PDI will source, negotiate and contract with the I & D house on your behalf for each trade show. PDI recommends direct billing using your designated account to minimize charges.
